Over the years, NextGen ministry and shared life have shaped how I think, teach, and serve. Along the way, I’ve created resources not because I had everything figured out, but because I wanted to offer what was helping me in real time.

Everything here is shared freely, with the hope that it might encourage, support, or steady you in your own work.

WHY THESE ARE FREE

I believe generosity forms us.

Many pastors, ministry leaders, parents, and volunteers are doing faithful work with limited time, energy, and support. I don’t want access to tools, language, or reflection to be another barrier or burden.

These resources are freely available because they were formed in shared life, and shared life is meant to be given away.

If something here is helpful, you’re welcome to use it, adapt it, and pass it along in ways that serve your community.

A WORD TO PASTORS AND LEADERS

If you’re tired, unsure, or feeling the pressure to perform, you’re not alone.

Many of these resources were created in seasons where I needed language, permission, or grounding myself. My hope is that what’s here might meet you where you are, without asking anything from you in return.

You don’t need to use everything. You don’t need to agree with everything. Take what serves you and leave the rest.
